Technically they are all on your domain (the one in your signature). These are all under your control, no one else can put those pages up unless they have control over your hosting account or your domain name.
You have little to worry about. Those are just subdomains that automatically display your default website. It isn’t actually a different website or duplicate pages, it is just your webserver serving the same pages regardless of which subdomain you type in your browser.
If you add a canonical link element to your web pages you will have no issues with Google indexing the wrong URL. Also, consider setting up a 301 redirect to your preferred subdomain (www) in your htaccess file.
