[I already downloaded the AdWords editor but don’t know how to do it. The reason for this is that one account in €uro currency and the other account is in US-$.]
Here’s how you do it in AdWords Editor on a Windows PC:
Select All campaigns in the left panel. Select the campaign you want to copy in the right panel. Use the standard Windows keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste; Ctrl+C to copy the campaign.
Open the account that you want to copy that campaign too, select all campaigns in the left panel click anywhere in the right panel to change the focus and Ctrl+V to paste the campaign into that account.
You will slap yourself in the forehead when you realize how easy and intuitive it is.
[Here are 3 campaigns in the account it worked for 2 campaigns. The third one was also imported as a campaign but with no Ad group, keywords and ads. I tried it 2-3 times.]
I’m not sure what went wrong, did you click on the right panel before copying to the clipboard?
Regardless of what went wrong, you can use the same technique to copy aA groups, Ads, and keywords. First, select the campaign in the left panel. Then click in the right panel. Use the Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut to select allAd groups, ads or keywords in the right panel before you use Ctrl+C to copy.
