[I’m wondering if symbols “#$%&/(=, etc… count when it comes to passing PageRank from a website to another, let’s say the anchor text is “?” of course I won’t rank for that, but if the backlink comes from an authority site then does it work? probably the only SEO question I don’t know how to answer.]
