Don’t waste your money, you are buying into a myth. IP addresses have absolutely nothing to do with SEO. Search engines don’t use IP Address as a factor for anything related to indexing and ranking your web pages.
There is no SEO benefit in using multiple IP Addresses. The only reason to consider them is if you are doing something illegal or otherwise dubious and you are trying to hide your affiliation between the websites. In other words, they are only necessary when you are running a scam.
