My host does not support SSL for add on domains?

Generally speaking, you need to have a dedicated IP for each SSL certificate, most hosts can arrange to have multiple webspace, on dedicated IPs for each of your stores, all in the same hosting account. You may need to upgrade the hosting plan, and in some cases, the host will charge for each dedicated IP address.

I recommend that you contact your host support and explain your needs to find out what your options are, as this will vary from host to host.
