I strongly recommend that you do not choose either one of those themes. Neither is based on Responsive Web Design principles so they are already obsolete.
There is a major shift happening right now in web traffic sources. Mobile devices, primarily tablets and smartphones, are rapidly displacing desktops and notebooks as the most significant source of growing traffic. Neither of those themes offers a good user experience for mobile device users. With so many great RWD themes available today it would be a huge mistake to select a theme that is already obsolete.
