The site you referred to seems to be listing the advertiser costs to advertise on search result pages, not websites selling ad space through the AdSense display network. Those are 2 very different networks and the CPC is very different on those separate networks.
For example, I check the CPC for “Asbestos Lawyers” using the AdWords Display Planner tool and it shows a historical CPC of $0.00-$1.00 for that keyword. That’s a far cry from the “105.84$” you quoted.
So if I can purchase traffic on the display network for $1.00, your cut will be less than $0.70 for that traffic.
While it is possible to make money through arbitrage, it is a thin margin and you are more likely to lose money in the process.
