I too struggle with AdWords and Bing Ads every day, even after 13+ years of managing AdWords campaigns as a profession.
For me, the struggle is trying to keep up with all the changes that AdWords implements. They are on the pace of adding 200+ features per year which is a lot to keep up with. I’ve had to increase the education and training hours for my staff to about 20% of the payroll, which cuts pretty deep in the margins for campaign management labor costs.
What, is your strategy for keeping up with all the new features and tactics that evolve in this niche? Do you have a structured system in place for continuing education and training?
