I suppose it all depends on the context in which that term was used. Link juice usually implies three values that are passed, PageRank, Trust, and Relevance. I suppose if someone uses the term “PR juice” they may be referring to just the PageRank and not Trust or Relevance. You should ask the person that used that term exactly what they meant.
