What you are seeing is called Referrer Spam. It’s not real traffic and it can throw off the accuracy of your Google Analytics data if you do not set up a Referral Spam filter.

Most Google Analytics referral spam is created by ghost visits and can be prevented
with a single “Valid Hostname” filter.
