Let me see if I understand what you are asking… you want to know if Google will ban you for violating AdSense policies by publishing pages that are purely spam content, correct? And while it wasn’t clear, you seem to infer that you might also be violating trademark laws, if the domain names are trademarked by a well known brand.
The answer should be rather obvious, Google takes their own policies very seriously and yes, they generally do enforce their policies, especially in regard to AdSense policies. Sounds like your plan involves violating at least 2 or 3 policies, I think it is safe to say that your websites will get suspended at the very least, and yes, the possibility of Google banning you for life from the AdSense program is a possibility.
